Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tantangan dan peluang manajerial dalam transformasi digital rantai nilai mobil listrik di Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif digunakan untuk menggali dinamika digitalisasi dari perspektif manajemen, teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar perusahaan otomotif menghadapi kendala dalam mengintegrasikan sistem digital secara end-to-end, terutama karena keterbatasan interoperabilitas, kesiapan SDM, dan rendahnya literasi digital di tingkat manajerial. Kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan budaya kerja adaptif dan kolaboratif yang mendukung inovasi digital. Selain itu, masih banyak perusahaan yang belum mengintegrasikan digitalisasi ke dalam strategi bisnis jangka panjang. Studi ini merekomendasikan restrukturisasi organisasi, pelatihan kepemimpinan digital, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor sebagai solusi strategis. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan model manajemen digital yang relevan dalam industri mobil listrik nasional.
